Specializing in Indian Country and Rural America community development. Doctoral dissertation is on Tribal sovereignty in International Law, Federal Indian Law and Tribal/State relations.

Over thirty years experience in all types of research, surveys and successful grantwriting. Recently completed training Certified by Neighborhood Reinvestment Corporation.

Serve on peer review panels for numerous federal agencies such as Commerce, Treasury, Public Health, Health and Human Services; and, Department of the Interior.

Extensive network of associates and organizational partnerships all around the United States for national and localized consulting services. Also have projects in the international arena.

The capabilities and qualifications of our groups is extensive and includes, but is not limited to: governmental infrastructure; education; health; housing; economic and entrepreneurial enterprise development; financial institutions; transportation; legal research; and appropriate technology. Having worked in Indian Country and Rural America, we know first hand what it means to do grassroots development from the bottom up. We do not have a set service fee structure. We negotiate each project on a localized basis so the organization can realize the greatest benefit from our collaborative work.
